  Our fridge decided to stop and we called Arctic Appliance. I had to leave a message and was called back by Eric within 5 min. I asked many questions about prices and experience, etc and he was very polite and patient. When I called back to make the appointment, I received an appointment for the next day with a two hour window. He showed up at the beginning of the two hour window. My fridge was fixed in minimal time with a cost less than I was expecting. He did not try to sell me something I did not need. A very personable and knowledgeable man. Highly recommend this company!!
