  I have a 3 year old furnace that needs warranty work to be done. Last Friday January 5, 2017 I called stating my furnace shut down (coldest day of the year), I have left 3 messages that day and still have not heard from T&H Heating, it is now Monday January 08, 2017. T&H Heating calms to do "emergency call" during winter months, good luck. I have had to call in another company to conduct the work simply due to lack of/horrible customer service from T&H Heating. T&H Heating was (and believed to still be) contracted to install all the furnaces in all new builds for Chrisview Custom Homes currently being built in Cambridge.
